The Campbell Athletic Complex in Houston Texas. The THSPA Executive Committee met on March 12th, 2006
in Houston to finalize details and provide for the most organized and

paperwork will be requested at the time of registration. These items are Eligibility Form, State
Meet Release Form, and Drug Testing Affidavit. All three of these items can be found at our website, www.thspa.org.

5. Let me remind you
that there will be no-shows and ineligible lifters who may not be reported
prior to the weigh-ins, so if you have a lifter who finished 3rd or
4th in Regional Competition, I would encourage you to bring
him. Include him on your eligibility
form and have adequate entry fee money.
Remember that you may only replace athletes from your region. Also, if you have a qualified lifter who
will be unable to compete, please notify me immediately.
