I would like to wish everyone a great 2008 powerlifting season. I hope the following information will help you prepare for the upcoming season.

  1. Membership Dues:

A.     Amount $75.00- made out to t.h.s.p.a.

B.     Date- Feb. 4th, 2008

C.     Late dues- $200.00 late fee must be paid to allow your lifters to compete.

D.     Non-payment- lifters will not be allowed to compete in Regional Championship.

B.     All information including regional rankings will be placed on the state website. *** Top 15 lifters will be posted

C.     After the season begins, I will try to update rankings by Thursday of each week.

E.     It is your responsibility to make sure I have your meet results by 4:00 p.m. on Monday following the invitational meet. If not, your results will not be posted in the regional rankings.

A.     Last Qualifying Date for the Regional Meet- Feb. 23rd, 2008

B.     Weight Declaration Deadline- Feb. 26th, 2008- if no declaration the lifter will be assigned to the heavier class.

C.     Regional Meet- March 8th – Gatesville High School

D.    State Meet- TBA in Abilene
